Data expressly mentioned: the data expressly mentioned by the affiliate such as, among others, name (first and last name), postal address, telephone number (including mobile phone number), and email address.

Automatically collected data: data automatically collected such as the user’s IP address, the type of browser, and the operating system of their computer.

2) Purposes of processing personal data:

This personal data is collected for the following purposes:

Follow-up of client and user requests on our websites within the framework of contract performance, advertising and/or commercial communications regarding their products and services, and client information.

3) Controller of personal data processing and legal bases for processing:

As part of contract performance, the controller of personal data processing is Hello7 SRL (hereinafter “the Controller”), registered with the Banque Carrefour des Entreprises under number BE0718934108, with its registered office at Place Stéphanie 6, 1050 Ixelles.

The processing of clients’ and website users’ personal data (and, where applicable, of any other related natural person) is based on:

Article 5 a) (consent) and b) (performance of the contract) of the Law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, and Article 6.1. a) (consent) and b) (performance of the contract) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation).

4) Access, modification, or request for deletion of personal data:

Hello7 SRL is committed to ensuring a high level of protection of personal data.

Within the limits of the applicable legislation, any natural person may access the data concerning them, processed by the Controller, and, where appropriate, request the rectification of their personal data or its deletion, or object to the processing, or request the restriction of the processing of their personal data and obtain a copy thereof.

Furthermore, they have the right to receive the personal data provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another controller (right to data portability). They may exercise these rights at any time, free of charge, by sending their request by email to [email protected].

They may, at any time and free of charge, object to the processing of their data for commercial prospecting purposes and/or withdraw their consent to the transfer of their data. No legal provision requires the client or other users of this website to respond to questions asked by Hello7 SRL, but failure to do so may result, as the case may be, in the impossibility or refusal by Hello7 SRL to enter into a (pre-)contractual relationship, to continue such a relationship, or to carry out an operation requested by the client or by a third party on behalf of the client.

The personal data provided by the client and the website user is processed by the Controller in the strictest confidentiality and in compliance with applicable regulations.

However, in the case of electronic transfer of such data, since the Internet does not provide total security, privacy can only be guaranteed if the data is transmitted via communication channels explicitly indicated by Hello7 SRL as being secure.

5) Authorized third parties for the communication of personal data:

The data may be communicated to third parties designated by the Controller, whose intervention is necessary to achieve one of the purposes mentioned in this contract and who act exclusively on the Controller’s instructions.

6) End of processing:

Personal data processed for the purpose of following up on client and website user requests and for maintaining a comprehensive view of the affiliate within the framework of contract performance will be retained for the duration of the contract and for one year following the end of the contractual relationship. If necessary, Hello7 SRL also reserves the right to retain it longer to comply with its legal obligations (e.g., accounting).

Personal data processed for advertising and/or informational and marketing communications will be retained for the duration of the contract and for two years after its expiration, after which it will be deleted.
